At Oak Valley, We Love Kids.  

We have special services just for them! Kids experience God’s love each week in a powerful way through fantastic music, creative & fun activities, video and games. We are raising a generation of kids who love God and make a difference in their world!  

We have children’s classes for all ages and each class is age appropriate with a safe and loving environment.  Kids’ classes are available during all adult church services.

Baby Zone (Ages 0-1)

Our Baby Zone nursery is designed to be a wonderfully warm, comfortable environment for babies to explore. We have a wide variety of toys and activities to keep your child engaged, as well as rocking chairs for quieter times. Loving, trained volunteers staff the nursery during every regular service and during some special events. Our Baby Zone Director is Shannon Kridner. 

Zone 2.3 (Ages 2-3)

In Zone 2.3, Our teachers love giving you the opportunity to leajavascript:noop()ve your children in their care.
Zone 2.3 is a fun place for 2 and 3 year-olds to learn that God loves them. They enjoy this time to play with
their friends, hear Bible stories, listen and sing along to fantastic children’s worship, and learn about God
through creative means. We have a loving, fun-filled and fully supervised environment for your toddlers.

Zone 4.5 (Ages 4-5)

Zone 4.5 is the perfect place for your children! In a fun-filled and lovingly supervised environment, the
children learn about God through Bible stories and kids’ praise. We use a variety of activities that both keep
their attention and encourage their creativity.

Zone 6.11 (Ages 6-11)

Zone 6.11 is the place to be! Kids enjoy awesome, energetic worship with our Zone 6.11 worship band.
This is a fun-packed, energy-filled, supervised environment with team games and activities for your children
to enjoy. Kids are encouraged to learn how to apply the great principles found in God’s Word to their own
lives.

Special Needs:

We have loving volunteers who are special friends to children with special needs.  This provides the opportunity for your child to grow in their relationships and be a part of the regular kids program at Oak Valley Church.  This ministry is available at the 11:30 AM service on Sunday.

We want you to enjoy the church service and be worry free.   So we have the following procedures in place:

  • Background checks are run on all volunteers.
  • Security measures are in place at all times. 
  • Our check in and check out procedure is secure. 

Boys & Girls Clubs

MPact 

Mpact is a really fun night for girls!  There are age appropriate groups that girls can relate to and valuable friendships are cultivated.   These groups study subjects that will help them and motivate them to live amazing lives as followers of Christ.  There are many extra activities throughout the year that are creative, life changing and fun.  The girls are encouraged to study the Bible, memorize scriptures and are inspired through Christian role models.  Mpact meets every Wednesday at 7pm at OVC.

Prims (first grade and second grade)
Stars (third grade, fourth grade, and fifth grade)
Friends (sixth grade, seventh grade, eighth grade)
Girls Only (high school)

Catapult  

This is an exciting program for boys!  There are age appropriate groups that meet to experience God’s Word in creative and relevant ways.  These boys will love being involved in activities designed just for boys.   Relevant life empowering principals are taught through the stories of the Bible and a great foundation is laid in the lives of these young Christ followers.   Catapult meets every Wednesday at 7PM at OVC.
